On the Rox

Last Thursday, we went to a gig in Centro at Libis. It was an acoustic competition and three of the bands there were our friends. But of course my major bet during the competition was technicolored musketeers where 3 of my barkadas are in (coycoy, gino and alex). Unfortunately, they didn’t get any place. My second bet was glint. Participated by Mitch (my tapat baby) and Prijm kwany kwany (my COS batch mate). I do admire their vocalist, she’s very familiar because one of my barkada has been spotting her for years and I really find her pretty. Most of my barkada are guys and most of them do divulge their crushes to me. Anyways... I love the song they played. No Rain by Blind Melon. It was one of my favorite songs. Too bad they didn’t get any place also. Of course, my third choice was Maranata, the band who won that night, Karla’s friend, Mike was part of the band and it was funny because three days prior to the gig I was warning him in defense of my friends. hehehehehe but they won... ayon... sunog ako. I made major ligaw to Sean to come with me to the gig, he’s really HARD to please him but eventually, I got what I want hehehehe! Kaboom! The night was fun. Everyone was there and the music was my kind of music. There were 6 of us who went to the gig, Karla, Tong, Chenes, Gail, Sean and moi! We went to Dino’s place to ask if he has video cam but he wasn’t around... ngiar... then we had dinner somewhere in Pasig where they serve great foods and the price was pretty affordable. (Tin and Marco) the luvbirds were there d’boys and block7 girls were also there... great night, great music. Enough said.
